At 6:30 pm, approximately 30 minutes before sunset, we will practice gentle/restorative yoga and moon salutations on the evening of the powerful full moon. We will continue with a brief intention setting/letting go exercise and journaling. The practice will be held under the poolside yoga pavilion. Bring a mat, a journal, water and any of your favorite props/pillow. However, we will provide blankets, blocks and have extra mats. Dress comfortably.
Stay lying in shavasana for the next half of class, while Francine from Zenerouslife delivers an amazingly healing and soothing sound bath meditation. For those who choose, you are welcome to BYOF (Bring your own Float), to be suspended and held within the water during the sound bath.
We will tune into our bodies through gentle yoga movement, grounding into the earth OR optional water element, as the fiery sun sets, the moon and stars light the sky, and the ever present breeze envelops us. Top the day off with self-care, connection, and relaxation. Practicing poolside in nature is tremendously grounding and nurturing. This delight for the senses is not to be missed.
