Flow Yoga / Athletic Recovery

This 1-hour class is a hybrid of Fascial Maneuvers, Vinyasa Flow & Yoga for Athletic Recovery; including Yin and Restorative poses. Flow pairs sequential postures with deliberate breath, bending, twists, balance, and meditation. Athletic Recovery is individualized. It relieves muscular soreness, and daily rigors, and aids with injury prevention, strength, and mind/body connection. Beginners and all levels welcome. (Class by request) $25 for 1 hour, $40 for a workshop with additional breathwork, self-regulation, and practical self-care tips)
